Reservations

Reservations can be made one year in advance by contacting Freeman Academy at 602-925-4237 or by emailing prairiearboretum@gmail.com. The full rental contract will be provided upon request and must be signed when the deposit is paid.

  • Deposit – 50% of rental fee. Required to reserve date.
  • Full Payment – due 90 days before event. Reservations made less than 90 days before the event must be paid in full upon reserving the date.
  • Additional Fees – $50/hour for technical assistance, cleaning, snow removal, set up or break down.

Considerations – Open flames are not allowed in the Visitor Center or the Arboretum grounds.

Seating and Serving Options

This gathering space can comfortably seat 80 guests at tables with space for two to four buffet tables. Seating 100 guests for a meal is quite tight. Row seating with a center isle accommodates more than 110 guests. Additional chairs and tables from another source may be brought in to supplement the 100 folding chairs.

While the kitchen has a small amount of cooking utensils and measuring cups, guests should plan accordingly by visiting the kitchen beforehand or by bring necessary utensils with them. Please bring linens: dish cloths, tea towels, etc.
